Position Overview
The Teaching Artist in Training will join our program to expand our music education reach in Liberty City, Overtown, North Miami, Miami Gardens, South Broward and South Dade. Teaching Artists in Training will play a pivotal role in introducing students to the world of music, fostering creativity, and promoting emotional well-being.
Training Overview
Teaching Artists In Training will undergo a 6 t0 8-week training program where they will be required to commute to our sites to shadow and teach lessons within the Teeny Violini program. They will learn classroom management skills, teaching techniques, the Colorful Violin Method, and the Teeny Violini Curricula. Upon successful completion of the training program and meeting all requirements, Teaching Artists in Training will be eligible for advancement to higher positions within Teeny Violini.
