Pediatrics Physician

A smaller hospital just outside of Springfield, Missouri is recruiting for an additional Pediatrician. This is a new clinic where you will be joining a Family Medicine provider. This role is part of a Peds call group, and including NB Nursery and any IP Pediatrics (very seldom do they have any inpatient).

$275k base salary, $50k sign on bonus, $10k relocation, $4k CME allowance. This new practice location will include a Walk In Clinic staffed by APP's and open 7 days a week. Call : 1 : 4 (newborn nursery, C Section coverage, ER consults and support when needed (approx. 1x per month) , Clinic call, which is supported by Pediatric nurse line, limited inpatient Pediatrics). PTO - 22 days off, 6 holidays, 15 days medical leave.
