Automotive Mechanic – Full Time

Location : Tallahassee, FL

Schedule : Monday – Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Pay : $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (Based on experience)

About the Position

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our team in Tallahassee. In this role, you’ll handle everything from diagnostics and routine maintenance to complex repairs. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in doing the job right, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle issues

Perform oil changes, brake service, tire rotations, tune-ups, and other maintenance

Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify worn or damaged parts

Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and repair problems

Maintain accurate repair records and service documentation

Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized

Qualifications

Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician

Solid understanding of vehicle systems (engine, brake, transmission, electrical, etc.)

Ability to use diagnostic equipment and standard mechanical tools

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

ASE Certification is a plus, but not required
