THE OPPORTUNITY

We're building something special at Cross Creek, and we need elite craftspeople to help us deliver the outdoor living spaces our clients dream about.

We're currently quoting multiple pool projects and high-end outdoor kitchen / structure builds. Rather than subcontracting this work out, we want to bring this expertise in-house and make YOU our go-to specialist.

This is NOT a typical landscape job.

You won't be doing the same thing every day. Some weeks you'll be building a $150K pool. Other weeks you'll be constructing a custom outdoor kitchen or timber-frame pergola. And yes, sometimes you'll be working alongside our crew on premium hardscape installations.

We need someone who thrives on variety, takes pride in elite craftsmanship, and wants to be part of building the best landscape design-build firm in Idaho.

WHAT TO EXPECT :

Some projects you'll be building pools. Others you'll be constructing outdoor kitchens. Sometimes you'll be working on premium hardscape with the rest of the crew. We need someone who thrives on variety and can shift focus based on what the project demands.

You won't be alone. You'll collaborate with skilled team members, and on specialty projects, you may take the lead while others support you.

These aren't $20K backyard makeovers. Our clients are investing $100K-$500K+ in their outdoor spaces. They expect excellence, professionalism, and communication. If you're not comfortable working around luxury homes and discerning clients, this isn't the role.
