We're seeking energetic and friendly individuals to join our team as Events Customer Service Associates in Huber Heights. This is an entry-level role where you'll help deliver seamless, memorable experiences at live events and promotions while gaining valuable customer service and event management skills.

You'll be the face of our brand at events, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and supported. This position combines customer service, event support, and collaboration, giving you the chance to build skills that are highly transferable to marketing, retail, or hospitality roles.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers at events with a professional and approachable attitude

Provide product information, answer questions, and ensure guests have a positive experience

Help set up, maintain, and break down event displays and materials

Support team goals by delivering excellent service and contributing to smooth event operations

Report feedback and observations to improve future events

What We're Looking For

18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.

Outgoing, professional, and customer-focused

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Prior experience in customer service, retail, or events is helpful but not required
