12+ years of leadership experience in professional services or solutions delivery within a high-growth SaaS, AI, or enterprise software company

Proven track record of building and scaling a successful services organization contributing to company revenue

Strong technical fluency in AI concepts, including LLMs, prompt orchestration, and API integrations

Experience in a pre-sales environment, collaborating with sales teams to deliver complex service solutions

Exceptional leadership skills with a strategic mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
