Job Requirements And Duties

You must be 18 years old, have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, and access to an insured vehicle for delivery. You should have navigational skills and be able to handle adverse terrain.

Work Conditions

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, in-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees to over 90 degrees, fumes from food odors, and exposure to cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters, hot surfaces, and sharp edges are part of the job.

Sensing

Ability to talk and hear on the telephone, near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Temperaments

Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

Physical Requirements

Standing, walking, sitting, and lifting bulk product deliveries. Carrying large cans and pizza sauce, pushing trays on dollies, and climbing stairs or ladders for maintenance. Forward bending, crouching, squatting, and reaching up, down, and forward are also required.

Driving Specific Job Duties

Deliver product by car to customer's door, deliver flyers and door hangers. Requires a valid driver's license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle.

Essential Skills

Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.

Physical Demands

Carrying pizzas and beverages while performing walking and climbing duties. Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area, travel between the store and delivery vehicle, and navigate five or more flights of stairs during delivery.

Work Conditions

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving, and couponing. Far vision and night vision for driving.
