We are seeking a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to join our team full-time. This is a hybrid role based out of Syracuse, NY, with a mix of office and work-from-home flexibility. You will be the hub of operations, ensuring that systems are in place, transactions run smoothly, and clients receive five-star service.
This is a W2 position with a base salary of $50,000–$55,000, plus the potential for performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities :
Manage daily operations including email inbox, calendars, scheduling, and task listsOversee contract-to-close process, ensuring deadlines and compliance are metSupport listing and buyer management with organized, repeatable systemsMaintain and update the database; build and execute a 36-touch client care planCoordinate with VA (marketing / social media) and ensure tasks are aligned and reportedPrepare and deliver regular communication / updates to clients and team membersImplement new systems and processes to streamline business operationsQualifications :
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-throughHigh responsiveness and urgency; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentTech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite; knowledge of CRMs, Canva, DocuSign, and MLS preferred (or ability to learn quickly)Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in client-facing interactionsSelf-starter with initiative to identify problems and create solutionsCustomer service mindset—kind, approachable, and relationship-orientedAdaptable and resourceful, able to thrive in a casual yet professional team cultureAbout Company
