Job Summary : The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to client by serving as the primary liaison between sales, prospects, and operations. This role drives effective communication, process alignment, and the successful execution of client projects. The Project Manager partners with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver project outcomes while championing continuous improvement initiatives.

This role also manages supply chain resources to help fulfill Tennant’s commitment to its clients. Success in this position requires the ability to confidently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment while upholding the company’s values and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Collaboration & Prospect Coordination

• Partner with the sales team to gather detailed client requirements and confirm project feasibility.
• Facilitate pre-sales discussions to align on scope, budget, timelines, and potential constraints.
• Maintain a deep understanding of company capabilities to help set accurate client expectations.
• Prepare detailed handoff documentation to ensure internal teams are aligned and ready for execution.
