Senior Manager, Enterprise Information Management Systems
The Senior Manager of Enterprise Information Management Systems (EIM) is responsible for defining and executing the company's enterprise data and application strategy across critical business systems including Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Salesforce, and adjacent data platforms. This role will lead a team of professionals focused on enabling data-driven business outcomes, strengthening system integrations, and ensuring enterprise readiness for AI-driven analytics and automation.
Reporting to the Head of IT and Cybersecurity, this position will partner closely with Finance, Sales Operations, Engineering, and Security to transform how enterprise data is managed, integrated, and leveraged across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a multi-year Enterprise Information Management strategy that aligns with company objectives and supports scalability, governance, and AI readiness
- Define a data management and integration roadmap spanning Oracle EBS, Salesforce, and cloud-based analytics platforms
- Drive modernization of data infrastructure to enable advanced analytics, machine learning, and automation opportunities
Systems Oversight and Optimization
Oversee the full lifecycle of Oracle EBS and Salesforce platforms, including upgrades, integrations, and business process enhancementsEnsure systems are optimized for operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and extensibility to future business needsPartner with internal and external teams to evaluate new technologies that enhance data quality, integration, and user experienceData Governance and AI Readiness
Establish enterprise-level data governance standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all systemsDevelop frameworks for data classification, lineage, and retention that enable responsible AI and automation initiativesCollaborate with data scientists and business analysts to create a unified, high-quality data layer for analytics and decision-makingCross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as a bridge between IT and business functions to translate strategic goals into executable technology initiativesLead cross-functional steering committees to prioritize system enhancements and ensure alignment between business and technical teamsChampion change management, training, and adoption for enterprise data initiativesTeam Leadership
Build and mentor a team of business systems analysts, data engineers, and integration specialistsPromote a culture of hands-on leadership, accountability, and innovation within the EIM functionManage vendor relationships and ensure service excellence in outsourced development or support activitiesQualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred10+ years of experience in enterprise applications management, including at least 5 years in a leadership roleA strong perspective on the Oracle integration ecosystem and tools that accelerate enterprise data initiatives (Boomi, Tableau, Snowflake, etc.)Strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite and Salesforce (Sales, Service, and Integrations)Proven experience leading data integration, governance, and analytics initiatives across hybrid cloud environmentsFamiliarity with AI / ML use cases, data preparation pipelines, and cloud data ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, or AWS)Exceptional communication, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skillsDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver measurable business outcomesPreferred Experience :
