Starting Pay and Compensation :

• Base hourly rate : Up to $22+, adjustable based on experience and qualifications. Credit given for previous experience.
• For hours over 25 weekly : Rate increases to an average of up to $24+ / hour.
• For hours beyond 33 weekly : Elevates to an average of up to $33+ / hour.
• Annual starting earnings potential, including base pay and additional incentives, starting pay ranges from $45,000 to $55,000. This total encompasses all aspects of compensation, reflecting our commitment to rewarding our team's hard work and dedication.
