Responsibilities

• Shasta Regional Medical Center offers the following cardiac services : WATCHMAN for atrial fibrillation not caused by a heart valve problem; CardioMEMS System heart failure monitoring device.
• Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery Program services include : coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair and replacement, aorta repair, thoracic procedures, vascular procedures, and off-pump (OPCAB) bypass surgery.
• Salary Range : $620,000 to $630,000
• Sign On Bonus
• Solo Practice
• On Campus
• Full-Time, Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm
• Call Schedule 1 : 3

The Nurse Clinical Advancement Program (NCAP) recognizes professional clinical full-time and part-time nurses for their expertise and engagement in unit, department, and organizational activities. Nurses are awarded annual bonuses for participation in the program and they increase in value at each level.

Pay Transparency

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $620,000 to $630,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
