Job description
A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist (Monday - Friday + Evening Shift).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare providers to address medication-related issues
Oversee Pharmacy Technicians and ensure compliance with medication management and distribution processes
Provide timely pharmaceutical care and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
BS in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred
Current, active license in the state of NJ
2+ years of experience in pharmacy distribution and chronic care management
Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacy Specialty Certification (BCGP) preferred
Registered or eligible for registration with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy
