Senior Project Manager

A company is looking for a Sr. Project Manager, Strategic Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives ensuring timely delivery and quality project deliverables

Develop and manage external pharmacy partnerships, establishing standardized processes and KPIs

Collaborate with cross-functional groups and communicate progress, potential blockers, and escalations to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

8-10+ years of experience in project management or operations management, preferably in order management

BS / BA degree is required; MBA preferred

Hands-on experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic business environment

Ability to synthesize complex data and drive data-informed decision-making

Success in analytical and operations roles within a rapidly growing company
