Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 20252026 school year at an elementary school in Wilmington, DE. This contracted role focuses on working with PreK students to support their speech and language development through comprehensive services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct assessments and student evaluations to identify speech and language needs
  • Develop, write, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide direct speech therapy to PreK students
  • Attend IEP and team meetings in collaboration with educators and parents
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services

Qualifications :

  • Active Delaware Speech Language Pathologist license required
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience working with young children, especially in educational settings
  • Strong communication and organizational skills for managing caseload requirements

  • On-site position in Wilmington, Delaware
