Role Objective

We're looking for a Bilingual (Spanish / English) Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This isn't just a call center role this is mission-driven sales work that connects immigrant families with the legal help they need to build brighter, safer futures.

You'll guide individuals and families toward life-changing legal solutions through empathy, active listening, and consultative sales.

Compensation

USD $800 $1,000 per month (or equivalent in Venezuelan bolvares at the market rate)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism.
• Conduct thorough client needs assessments to identify how our services can help.
• Convert qualified leads into consultations through a consultative, trust-building approach.
• Meet or exceed performance goals, including sales conversions and call metrics.
• Navigate sensitive conversations with cultural awareness, discretion, and compassion.
• Maintain accurate and timely notes in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the client journey and sales strategy.
• Go the extra mile to engage and support clients who need hope and clarity.
