The Sourcing, Procurement & Vendor Management Manager plays a critical role in ensuring HawaiiUSA FCU's supply chain operates efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. This position is responsible for overseeing governance of the end-to-end procurement process, partnering with stakeholders on vendor sourcing and selection to contract negotiation and ongoing vendor relationship management. The manager will lead risk assessments and compliance checks to mitigate potential disruptions and ensure adherence to financial industry standards. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, this role drives strategic sourcing initiatives that align with the company’s financial goals and operational needs. Ultimately, the manager ensures that vendor partnerships deliver maximum value while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
