What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day field operations across multiple job sites, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and with high quality.
• Build and strengthen operational systems for sandblasting and coating projects.
• Lead and mentor foremen and crews-creating clarity, accountability, and growth.
• Develop practical scheduling, logistics, and resource plans that balance speed, safety, and cost control.
• Partner with the owner and estimating team to plan, price, and execute projects with precision.
• Instill a strong safety and quality culture that keeps us ahead of industry standards.
• Help shape the company's growth strategy, operational structure, and leadership team as we scale.
