Shipping & Receiving Associate (Day Shift)

Warehouse Position in Burkburnett, TX

This position plays an integral role in support of the manufacturing process through movement of materials around the shop floor / yard and preparing for shipment to customers, while maintaining all Quality and Safety measures.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities :

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Accurately log receipt of materials into inventory and ERP systems.
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and labeling.
• Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries; maintain shipping schedules.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform cycle counts and assist in regular inventory audits.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and customer service teams to resolve shipment discrepancies or delays.
• Wear appropriate PPE in required areas.
• Comply with all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.

This DAY SHIFT warehouse position is routinely scheduled Monday through Friday, 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm.
