Key Responsibilities

• Install MMA and other resinous flooring systems to manufacturer and project specifications.
• Work efficiently as part of a traveling install team across varied environments and industries.
• Operate flooring tools and equipment with precision and safety.
• Follow worksite safety protocols and contribute to a clean, professional jobsite.
• Assist with surface preparation, priming, mixing, and application of resin materials.
• Complete projects on time and with high-quality craftsmanship.
• Communicate effectively with team leads and project superintendents.
