Licensed Hybrid Inside / Outside Sales Agent - Stepping Stone to Listing or Buyer Agent

We are looking for a licensed Real Estate Agent who is motivated to learn to generate new business, earn rewarding commissions, and grow into a future listing or buyer’s agent opportunity. This inside sales position is designed as a stepping stone role that helps you build a strong foundation in lead generation and conversion while gaining mentorship from top producers.

First-year earning potential when hitting goals : $100,000+

In this opportunity, you will learn to identify sales opportunities, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into clients that support both the listing and buyer sides of the business. With proven training, structured systems, and a collaborative culture, you will gain the tools and knowledge needed to move confidently into a front-line production role.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to sharpen their sales skills, gain experience in the real estate process, and transition into a direct production role as a listing or buyer’s agent.

Compensation :

$100,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities :

  • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
  • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
  • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions

  • Qualifications :

  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license
  • Good work ethic
