Membership Sales Representative

Wash N' Roll is a fast-growing company seeking hardworking, positive, and money-motivated individuals to join our sales team at our Antioch location and surrounding areas. Ideal candidates will contribute to our growth by selling memberships and representing our company with a professional appearance, helpful customer service skills, and a winning attitude. Pay and Benefits : Our sales team earns hourly pay plus commission, with an estimated full-time annual range of $45,000 to $76,000+ . Pay can increase based on performance, and we offer annual performance bonuses . Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, among others.

Responsibilities :

Sell unlimited memberships.

Your earnings depend on your ability to sell. You will promote attractive and affordable offers to customers, encouraging them to try our service. No prior sales experience is necessary if you possess the right qualities; training will be provided, including initial and follow-up sessions with top sellers.

Maintain the VIP membership line.

Use your customer service skills to manage customer accounts, update payment information, cancel or switch plans, and resolve account issues. Training will be provided to ensure efficiency.

Greet new customers and members with a friendly attitude.

Maintain dependable performance standards.

Be honest, thorough, and transparent in all customer interactions.
