Job description

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a local contract nurse RN Med Surg for a local contract nursing job in Nashville, Tennessee.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Specialty : Med Surg

  • Shift : 12 hours, nights

Unit Specifics :

  • Number of Beds : 28
  • Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Days : Unit Secretary, 2-3 PCT
  • Type of equipment : Sara Steady, Wound Vac, Tele Health, Virtual Sitter equipment, remote telemetry
  • Documentation system : Meditech
  • Scheduling requirements : Every other Weekend (Sat, Sun), weekdays flexible
  • Floating policy : PRN, most often times float between MS units
  • Patient Experience requirements : BSSR, Hourly Rounding

    • Hospital Specifics-

  • Certifications : BLS, NIH, CPI preferred

    • Must have : Strong assessment skills, experience with IV Pumps and Pyxis medication dispensing cabinets
