Position Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer and Culture Champion who brings deep technical expertise and a passion for a strong engineering culture rooted in best practices, quality, and innovation. This individual will play a pivotal role in building and refining scalable software solutions across both the front-end and back-end, with a focus on Java and React technologies. In addition to hands-on development, the candidate will help foster a strong engineering culture rooted in best practices, quality, and innovation.

Primary Responsibilities

End-to-End Software Development

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications across the full stack, using Java for back-end and React for front-end components.
• Architect robust back-end systems and RESTful APIs, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Design and implement intuitive, responsive user interfaces, with a focus on cross-browser compatibility and seamless API integration.

Base Salary Range

$150,000-$190,000

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed here.
