Position Overview :

We are seeking a compassionate and efficient Scheduler / Medical Records  to oversee staff scheduling and maintain accurate, compliant medical records in our skilled nursing facility. This dual-role position plays a critical part in ensuring quality care for our residents and seamless daily operations for our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities for a Scheduler / Medical Records :

Scheduling :

Develop and maintain accurate staffing schedules for nursing and clinical departments based on the censas and PPD.

Coordinate call-offs, shift coverage, and staffing adjustments in real-time.

Collaborate with department heads to ensure coverage meets patient care needs and regulatory requirements.

Medical Records :

Maintain and audit resident medical records to ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies.

Organize, file, and retrieve documentation promptly and securely.

Support surveys, audits, and quality assurance processes with up-to-date records.

Qualifications :

Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or healthcare administration preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and Scheduling systems.
