Seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care provider that is fully fluent in Spanish to join a dynamic healthcare team near Atlanta. Ideal candidates will provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population. Responsibilities include preventative care, chronic disease management, and patient education.
