What You'll Do
Design and deploy SCADA systems tailored to meet project requirements.
Develop user-friendly interfaces using Ignition Perspective and Vision.
Automate data collection, alarming, and reporting for real-time monitoring.
Connect to various data sources and equipment to streamline operations.
Collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations teams to integrate solutions into larger control systems.
Troubleshoot and optimize SCADA performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Document system designs, implementations, and troubleshooting procedures.
What You Bring
Required :
Experience designing and developing SCADA, HMI, or MES systems (Ignition preferred).
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages .
Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance.
Experience with network architecture for SCADA systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred (but not required!) :
Ignition Core and / or Gold Certification.
Experience with Allen-Bradley and Fanuc systems .
Familiarity with automation in manufacturing environments .
Hands-on experience with welding, forming, cutting, or rolling technologies .
