Sales Professional For Real Estate Investing

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented sales professional to join our team and delve into the dynamic realm of real estate investing. While previous experience in real estate finance is not required, a successful candidate will possess a proven track record of surpassing sales targets, fostering enduring client relationships, and closing substantial deals. As the key player in sourcing and securing investment capital, nurturing investor connections, and representing our firm in the market, you will receive comprehensive training, industry insights, and resources. We seek individuals who bring tenacity, discipline, and a knack for sealing deals to the table.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and engage potential investors through networking, referrals, and outreach.
  • Build and sustain a robust pipeline of investor prospects.
  • Deliver clear and compelling presentations on our investment offerings.
  • Oversee the complete investor acquisition process, from initial discussions to funding commitments.
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with investors to foster recurring participation.
  • Represent the company at industry events, investor meetings, and networking functions.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly capital-raising objectives.

Background Profile :

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5 years of successful sales experience in financial services, insurance, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proven aptitude for thriving independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Dedicated to upholding professional integrity and ethical business practices.
  • Natural talent for articulating compelling investment visions and igniting investor enthusiasm.
