Job descriptionSupports the warehouse operations via assisting call-ins or live chat with technical difficulties Configures and maintains network hardware, such as routers, switches, WLCs, and cables Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems Provides user education / training and reference materials for users by drafting operation Other duties and tasks as assigned by the IT Leader Bachelor's degree in IT related field or an equivalent combination of education and Bilingual Required(Korean & English) Excellent hardware / software troubleshooting, problem-solving and diagnosis skills Comfortable working in and assisting others through remote access desktop Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Experience with 3PL products including warehouse management systems, transportation, A working knowledge of DC operational practices and procedures, and a good Experience with networking hardware and concepts such as DNS, DHCP, OSI Model and Some travel may be required

Roles & Responsibilities
- The IT Specialists responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :
- Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including PCs, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, operating systems, software, and hardware.
- Utilizes the companys proprietary WMS, ERP, and TMS systems to provide the utmost support for end users.
- Collaborates with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities,
and achievements
