Key Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Division of Cardiology, including clinical services, education, research, and faculty development.
• In this role, the division chief will establish a collaborative connection with the Stritch School of Medicine Cardiovascular Research Institute.
• Recruit, retain, and mentor exceptional faculty and trainees.
• Promote excellence in patient care and support innovative models for improving quality and outcomes.
• Drive academic productivity through the support and expansion of clinical, translational, and basic science research programs.
• Collaborate with institutional leaders to align divisional goals with departmental, school, and health system priorities.
