Vendor Accounting Analyst II

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – TD SYNNEX North America

About the Role :

Responsible for managing relationships with TD SYNNEX vendor partners from Accounts Payable to Vendor Receivables, completing account analyses and reconciliations, and partnering with vendors to minimize reserve risk and resolve variances.

Ensures all invoices are entered timely to allow discounting for financial benefit of TD SYNNEX.

Supports month-end close and identifies process improvements.

What You'll Do

• Assigned responsibility for 30–60 vendors, including larger and more complex relationships.
• Identifies, researches, resolves, and escalates issues impacting financial statements.
• Ensures invoices are received and entered into the system for timely payment, allowing discounting when applicable.
• Researches and corrects variances for these vendors.
• Performs monthly journal entries.
• Provides financial and analytical support to various departments.
• Negotiates with vendors to prevent aging that would negatively impact the financial statement.
• Assists in month-end close and the preparation of month-end deliverables.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements.
• Thorough understanding of the business outside of Vendor Accounting.
