Systems Engineer (Remote - US)

Accountabilities :

• Analyze operational workflows using lean practices to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and document processes for IT systems and automation initiatives.
• Support digital transformation programs and operational excellence projects.
• Build features and systems that improve efficiency across the organization.
• Write scripts and automation solutions for repetitive tasks, data processing, and reporting.
• Integrate with Microsoft 365 applications, APIs, and other platforms for advanced automation.
• Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure while collaborating with engineering and technical teams.
• Champion agile software development processes, including code reviews, design reviews, and operational support.
• Communicate insights, progress, and technical recommendations to stakeholders at various levels.
• Collaborate with external technology teams for integration and process optimization.
