Job descriptionBachelors Degree and at least 10 years of non-profit event management experience, eight years of which must include managing team members and driving event revenue; or equivalent combination of education and experience Non-profit fundraising experience in complex organizations such as higher education or health care. Proven track record in driving revenue through events Familiarity with fundraising and events software, such as Raisers Edge NXT, GiveSmart, Whova, and others Ability to lead cross-functional teams to complete projects on time and within budget constraints; builds consensus and fosters a sense of teamwork Strong executive presence Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Excellent written and oral communication skills Resourcefulness, creativity, adaptability and flexibility required
