We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead strategic product initiatives across our SaaS platforms. This is a senior leadership role that requires a balance of hands-on technical expertise, architectural oversight, engineering team leadership, and close coordination with internal business stakeholders and external clients.

What You'll Do :

• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for enterprise application development, delivery, and support.
• Lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native solutions using modern frameworks and best practices.
• Oversee end-to-end software engineering processes, including architecture design, sprint planning, QA automation, and deployment.
• Drive integration initiatives involving APIs, middleware, and enterprise data management.
• Collaborate closely with product management and business leads to align technical efforts with product vision and business goals.
• Contribute to roadmap planning, budgeting, and resource allocation across multiple product streams.
• Lead efforts in adopting AI, analytics, and automation into core systems.
