Warehouse Operations Participant

Will participate in warehouse operations and activities. Duties include receiving and shipping product, pick, pack and scan orders, prepare inventory documentation.

Responsibilities

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)

Accurate and precise work, especially when dealing with inventory and order fulfillment

Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)

Efficiently prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization

Identifying and resolving issues independently or with a team

Communicate and cooperate with managers and coworkers

Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, safety rules and regulations

Operate a forklift to transport, load, and unload materials in a warehouse, requiring attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols. Forklift certification will be provided once the 90 days of initial employment has passed.

10 Hour OSHA Safety training course will be provided once the 90 days of initial employment has passed

Requirements

Efficiently prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

Good organizational and time management skills

Be able to work in warm or cool environments

Basic computer literacy

Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend and lift heavy objects 50lbs or more

Previous experience in a warehouse setting can be beneficial.

Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements

High School Diploma

Basic computer skills (MS word, excel, Outlook, Inventory management systems)
