Workforce Development Specialist
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Workforce Development Specialist to join their team. As a Workforce Development Specialist, you will be part of the Training and Documentation Administration team supporting organizational growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to documentation and training management, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Boise, ID
Pay Range : $35.98
Shift : Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8 hours
What's the Job?
Maintain and manage technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility across systems.
Support the learning management system (LMS) by creating, updating, and archiving training records and certifications.
Develop and analyze reports, graphs, and charts to support decision-making processes.
Coordinate documentation projects, including creating project charters, work breakdown structures, and status reports.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on documentation systems and facilitate training sessions as needed.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
At least 5 years of experience in technical documentation.
Minimum of 3 years of workforce development experience.
Proficiency with advanced documentation authoring software such as MadCap Flare or FrameMaker.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and managing SharePoint lists and libraries.
