Responsibilities of the Human Resources Coordinator :
Supporting employees full-cycle : recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboardingThe recruitment process is managed by the Talent Acquisition team, but this role helps with final steps
Onboarding includes preparing offer letters, coordinating new hire documentation, creating new hire orientation schedulesManaging the HR email inbox and responding to employee questionsUpdating and maintaining employee data in ADP Workforce NowCoordinating with outside benefits companies and acting as subject matter expert within the HR departmentCreating HR data reports for general company useBackground Expected of the Human Resources Coordinator :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or experience equivalent (+4 years)2+ years in an HR role with responsibilities supporting employee lifecycle support and benefits administrationExperience with ADP Workforce now is a plus but not requiredAttention to detail regarding confidentiality#ZRCFS
