Onsite Manager
Onsite Manager $20$22 / hr | 1st Shift | Bilingual Required Locations : Elk Grove Village & Gurnee, IL Schedule : 1st Shift (5 : 30 AM 2 : 30 PM) Pay : $20 $22 per hour (based on experience)
About the Role PeopleShare is seeking a dedicated and energetic Onsite Manager to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has a passion for staffing and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily onsite operations and serve as the main point of contact for employees and supervisors.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations activities.
- Track attendance, schedules, and productivity metrics.
- Communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams to ensure staffing needs are met.
- Foster a positive, safe, and productive workplace environment.
