BI Analyst (Pepper Pike)

Majestic Steel is looking to expand capacity within the Analytics Area to help manage its business intelligence and delivery platforms. We believe data should inform decision making across all functional areas of the company, and our associates should be empowered with insights, tools and training. In this role you will drive these values into practice by developing data models, KPIs, dashboards, reporting and insights that are accurate and performant. The primary function of this role is to provide business intelligence to the organization through our analytics platform. The candidate will have a passion for data, analytics, technology, work well in collaboration with the entire team and be a motivated self-starter.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert on datasets, reporting tools and analytical solutions
• Develop end-to-end business intelligence solutions from raw data to deployment
• Identify more accurate ways of reporting, analyzing and communicating information and insights
• Build and maintain data agents to enable conversational experiences
• Sustain support for the portfolio of analytical solutions in production
• Provide training and support to end users to facilitate change management efforts and adoption
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance for models and agents
• Stay up to date with reporting tool updates and features to maintain best practices
• Other job-related duties and special projects as assigned
