Overview
Coordinate social media and marketing administrative support for projects, promotional efforts, activities and events with New Millennium sales & marketing team, as well as industry marketing partners.
Responsibilities
- Social media responsibilities include daily monitoring, scheduling posts, and other collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as outside partners to generate influential campaigns
- Organize tradeshows and events including schedules, personnel and materials
- Coordinate marketing tasks such as product photo procurement, yearly calendar development, website updates, brochure & catalog development, and continuing education
- Coordinate shipping of various items for sales & marketing teams
- Maintain inventory of literature and apparel / gifts

Highly organized, self-motivated, ability to multitask under pressureExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to effectively collaborate with team membersProficiency in social media platformsPreferred
