Shift : 12 Hours - Varied Shifts

Job Schedule : PRN

Weekly Hours : Varies

Salary Range : $20.00 - $25.50

Pay Info : $3,500.00 sign-on bonus!

Job Summary

As a Nursing Assistant (NA) , you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, resident-centered care in our long-term care facility. Your responsibilities will include :

• Delivering age-appropriate care tailored to the physical and psychological needs of residents.
• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Recording vital signs and providing psychosocial support.
• Helping residents with mobility, including transferring and repositioning.
• Creating a positive dining experience by assisting with meals and snacks.
• Documenting resident interactions and communicating changes to the charge nurse.
• Participating in wellness and recreational programs to encourage resident engagement.
