$21.19 / hour (based on position, education, and experience)Residential Counselor PositionsResidential Counselors work in 24 / 7 facilities providing direct client care and support, including intake assessments, safety checks, group facilitation, and crisis stabilization. Schedules may include evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.
