Key Responsibilities

Gather and develop business and technical requirements through collaboration with stakeholders

Create high-quality documentation including Business Requirements Documents and System Design documents

Drive the design and implementation of data reporting applications for Medicaid / Healthcare operations

Required Qualifications

4+ years as a Business Analyst focused on data reporting applications, preferably in healthcare

7+ years writing Business System and Process Change / Design Documents

5+ years driving business / technical requirements with diverse stakeholders

7+ years of independent experience in test script execution and user procedure development

2+ years of experience in an Agile project-based environment
