About the Role

The Company is seeking a dynamic Managing Director for National Audit Quality. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Quality Officer to prepare impactful materials for the leadership, Board of Directors, and external committees. Key responsibilities include coordinating and drafting comment letters to regulators, responding to ad hoc requests, and overseeing audit quality evaluation and transformation initiatives.

To be successful, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting and a CPA designation, alongside a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in senior managerial or director roles within a CPA environment. Advanced knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB Standards is crucial. You should demonstrate strong analytical skills, critical thinking ability, and a commitment to professionalism and integrity.

We are looking for someone who excels at managing deadlines, juggling multiple assignments, and prioritizing tasks effectively. You will need proficiency with relevant technology and excellent communication skills across all organizational levels. A proven record of integrity, client service, and leadership is essential.

This role will require adaptability in a fast-paced and innovative environment, including extended work hours and occasional travel. A Master's degree in accounting, taxation, or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 10 years' experience in public accounting or a related field and at least 10 years of supervisory experience.
