This position is responsible for all aspects of collecting Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) data from start to finish relating to applicable residential and commercial loan applications. The individual performs final preparation and submission of HMDA Data into Ncontracts software and works with AVP Mortgage Operations to submit the Loan / Application Register (LAR) to the CFPB. Reviews closed and adverse action loan files for Quality Control. Works in accordance with Bank policies and procedures. Qualifications include an associates degree or its equivalent in relevant experience. Minimum of two years working with residential or commercial loans. Knowledge of FNMA guidelines, regulatory compliance, and mortgage application process. Wage range : $24.00 - $33.65 per hour depending on experience.
