Key Responsibilities
Manage the service desk according to industry standards and lead a team of help desk professionals
Prioritize and resolve IT concerns while implementing self-service capabilities for customers
Document processes, monitor service health, and communicate outage information to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with five years of experience or a Master's degree with three years of experience; additional experience may substitute for education
At least two years of experience supervising teams or projects
Active Secret clearance required
U.S. citizenship required
Certifications : CompTIA Security+ or equivalent (IAT-2)
