About the Role

Reporting to the Data Center Construction Director, the Principal Construction Manager owns day-to-day site execution for green-field and brown-field GPU data-center builds worldwide. You will orchestrate general contractors, trades and vendors to deliver safe, on-schedule, on-budget facilities that meet Fluidstack's extreme power-and-cooling density targets.

Focus

• Execute the master construction schedule from site-mobilization through substantial completion and turnover.
• Enforce Fluidstack's safety program; drive zero-incident culture across all subcontractors.
• Coordinate CSA and MEP trades, resolving field conflicts in real time.
• Track daily progress, spend, earned value and resource loading; issue recovery plans when needed.
• Verify on-site QA / QC, material submittals, RFI and change-order processes.
• Interface with Design, Procurement, Commissioning and Operations teams to ensure seamless hand-offs.
• Travel 50 %+ to active sites and vendor factories.
