Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Value Stream Leader to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team to deliver operational excellence across a defined value stream. You’ll be responsible for driving production efficiency, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity where your ability to inspire teams, optimize processes, and deliver results will directly contribute to our business success.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated success in change management and innovation initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3–6 years of experience in manufacturing or operations leadership, with a focus on supply chain
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage performance effectively
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations and quality assurance standards

    • Position Overview

    As a Value Stream Leader, you will oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations within your assigned value stream. Your responsibilities will include managing production schedules, materials, and resources while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. You will lead and develop your team to meet daily and weekly targets, resolve process inefficiencies using lean tools, and support quality initiatives. This role also involves approving overtime, managing work schedules, and facilitating internal communication to promote knowledge sharing and alignment. Your leadership will be key in driving operational improvements and championing innovation across the organization.
