Identify issues quickly and develop a well-rounded and detailed problem statement to minimize the time required to triage and resolve customer concerns.
Lead Short Loop Morning and Evening market meetings with new claims information.
Investigate warranty issues and assign to responsible parties.
Work with plants to investigate processes associated with warranty.
Expedite part analysis for results on high-priority investigations due to Short Loop.
Communicate warranty and plant quality issues between Control Tower and plant engineering.
Ensure vehicle warranty is accurately documented, including broken clean points and differentiating old vs. new issues.
Manage warranty claim coverage and portfolio for assigned propulsion lines / plants.
Participate in new launches with a focus on Field Early Warning (FEW).
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, supplier operations, or quality.
Warranty experience is mandatory.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to synthesize data and communicate clearly at all organizational levels.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented, team player, flexible, capable of prioritizing, and a quick learner.
Proficient in English (spoken and written).
Preferred Requirements
Familiarity with automotive systems.
Knowledge of Palantir applications (MAP, Contour).
