The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for managing a team, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and logistics, with the ability to lift heavy items as needed.

Duties

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Manage and train warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Oversee shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems to optimize inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
• Coordinate logistics for e-commerce operations, including order processing and delivery schedules.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy in stock levels.
• Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to streamline operations.
